TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of mahasutra.co and any purchase
you make from it. By using the site or placing an order, you
accept them.
1. WHO WE ARE

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least [18] years old, or have the consent of a
parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. PRODUCTS
We take care to display our products accurately, but colours,
packaging and finish may vary slightly from images shown.
Product descriptions, ingredient lists and scent notes are
provided for information. Our products are cosmetic and
aromatic goods. They are not medicines, and nothing on this
site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any
condition. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified
practitioner.
Patch test before use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep
out of reach of children. Some products are not suitable during
pregnancy — check the product page.
4. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and may change without notice.
We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with
a full refund.
Listing a product does not guarantee availability. Where an
item is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and
refund in full.
5. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we
send order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order —
including for suspected fraud, pricing error, or where we
cannot ship to your address — and will refund any payment
taken.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers. We do
not store full card details.
7. SHIPPING
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes
to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes, where applicable,
are your responsibility. See our Shipping Policy.
8. RETURNS
See our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic and
personal care products cannot be returned unless faulty.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — text, images, formulations,
packaging design, the Mahasutra name and marks — belongs to us
or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially
without written permission.
10. YOUR CONDUCT
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised
access, scrape it, or interfere with its operation.
11. REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
Content you submit must be your own and must not be unlawful or
offensive. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive,
royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business.
We may remove submissions at our discretion.
12. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully
be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by
our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or
consequential loss, and our total liability arising from any
order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we
link to.
14. CHANGES
We may amend these terms. The version in force when you place
an order governs that order.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand & Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the [exclusive/non-exclusive] jurisdiction of the
courts of the above countries.
